1. 01Diagnose the hair and apply Step 1 to hair that is 70-80% dry. Healthy hair: leave on 15-20 minutes. Damaged hair: leave on 5-8 minutes.
2. 02Check relaxation: a single strand gently pulled should stretch about 1.5 times, like a rubber band.
3. 03Rinse (intermediate rinse).
4. 04Apply heat, setting the temperature for the hair type.
5. 05Once the heat has cooled, apply the Step 2 neutralizer and leave on for 7-8 minutes.
6. 06Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then apply a treatment and style.

• Labeled for professional use.
• Do a patch test before the full application, and follow the recommended amount and timing.
• Keep the solution on the hair and away from the scalp, face, eyes, neck and hands; if contact occurs, rinse right away with water.
• Skip the service on broken skin, during specific sensitivities, menstruation, pregnancy or the postpartum period, or with a medical condition.
• If redness, swelling or itching appears during or after use, stop and consult a doctor.
• Store tightly closed in a dark place at 15°C or below, out of reach of children; use opened product within 7 days and while its color and texture are unchanged.
• Step 2 products containing hydrogen peroxide can lighten black hair toward brown.
