At Cellreborn, we are committed to delivering your haircare and styling products quickly, reliably, and in perfect condition. All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center via trusted domestic carriers.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.

All orders are shipped from Athens, Alabama, and are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Details

  • We ship to residential and business addresses within the U.S.

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations

  • Large or bulk orders may incur additional shipping fees based on weight or size. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly for confirmation before shipping.

Carrier & Tracking Information

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries do not require a signature unless requested during checkout. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the package in a secure location or issue a delivery notice.

Shipping & Processing Timeframe

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing time may be extended slightly

  • While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, Cellreborn is not responsible for courier delays once the order has been handed over for delivery

  • Delays due to weather, address errors, or courier operations do not entitle the customer to cancel or refuse the order
