At Cellreborn, we are committed to delivering high-quality haircare and styling products that meet your expectations. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note the following conditions:

A copy of the order confirmation or receipt must be included with the return

Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total

Original shipping was free, but it is not refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Cellreborn is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

Exchange & Refund Policy

If you request an exchange, you may be charged additional postage depending on the shipping destination.

If the exchange item is of greater value, the price difference will be invoiced.

If it is of lesser value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

If you request a refund, it will be issued via the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from the description provided, you are eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
